Cancellation & Returns

Returns, Damage and Quality Assurance:

Each White Story outfit undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch. As our collections are produced in limited quantities, we follow a mindful and responsible return policy.

  • Returns are accepted only in the rare event of a damaged or defective product received during transit.
  • An unedited opening video is mandatory to raise any damage or defect request.
  • The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the issue with the product.
  • Requests without valid video proof will not be considered.
  • Any concerns must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery for review.

Once verified by our quality team, we will proceed with an appropriate resolution.

Exchange Policy:

We do not offer refunds. However, in the case of an approved damage or defect, we provide an exchange under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are offered only for the same product or an item of equal value, subject to availability.
  • Size exchanges are permitted only for the same product and are subject to stock availability.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags intact.
  • Shipping charges for exchanges are to be borne by the customer.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Orders without an opening video.
  • Damage reported after use, wear, or washing.
  • Personal color preference concerns.
  • Minor color or texture variations caused by lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
  • Customized or altered products.

White Story reserves the right to approve or reject any request after a detailed quality inspection.
