Return & Refund Policy

At WHITE STORY.RK, we strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

You received a damaged product.
You received the wrong product.
The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and package.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

Change of mind.
Incorrect size or color selected by the customer.
Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Products returned without original packaging or tags.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Prepaid order refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another suitable method.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
